How to prevent the faucet from freezing?

In order to prevent the faucet from freezing and cracking at low temperature, there are the following preventive measures:
1. At night, the windows of the kitchen, toilet, and all shady rooms should be closed to ensure that the indoor temperature is above 4°C;

2. For rooms where the indoor temperature is lower than 4°C, close the valve of the indoor water meter and drain the remaining water in the water pipe;

3. For rooms where the indoor temperature is lower than 4°C, please ensure that the room temperature is above 4°C. If it cannot be reached, you can use cotton and linen fabrics, old cotton clothes, cotton wool and other insulating materials to thicken and wrap the faucet.

4. Since the thermostatic faucet is equipped with a one-way valve, after the water in the tap water pipe is drained, the faucet needs to be kept warm.

Note: If the ambient temperature of faucet installation on the project site is lower than 4°C, it is recommended not to install the faucet temporarily or to completely drain the accumulated water in the pipeline after installing it temporarily without water or passing water to test the water.
