The thermostatic faucet can also be called a thermostatic faucet or a Thermostatic Shower mixing faucet. Its function is to automatically mix cold water and hot water into warm water with a preset temperature.

The first generation of cold and hot water mixing faucet is a two-handle mixer (Two Handle Mixer). The water mixing faucet is a single handle faucet (Single lever Mixer). Its core is a ceramic thermostat valve core. The user can adjust the temperature of the mixed water by swinging the handle left and right, and the water output can be adjusted by swinging the handle up and down. But, when the water pressure of hot water or cold water changes suddenly, or when the temperature of hot water changes suddenly, the above two mixing faucets all must go to readjust the water temperature by manual operation.

The thermostatic faucet can automatically balance the water pressure of cold water and hot water in a short period of time through the thermostatic adjustment spool that comes with the faucet, so as to maintain the stability of the outlet water temperature, without manual adjustment at all. Precautions for installation and use of thermostatic faucets:
1. Users with small solid lumps in tap water are not suitable for using thermostatic faucets;

2. If the tap water contains powdery sediment or soft foreign matter, it may reduce the sensitivity of the thermostatic valve core, and may also shorten the service life of the thermostatic faucet;

3. Try to shorten the distance between the water heater and the faucet so that the hot water can reach the faucet as soon as possible;

4. The normal water pressure is 0.05Mpa ~ 0.6 Mpa;

5. The hot and cold water supply pipes cannot be installed wrongly, the hot water pipe must be on the left, and the cold water pipe must be on the right;

6. Be sure to clean up the installation site before installing the thermostatic faucet, so as not to damage the apron, thread, thermostatic valve core and other parts of the faucet by small sand and hard blocks;

7. Please install according to the instructions in the manual, and pay special attention not to miss, lose or damage any gaskets or rubber rings;

8. If the pressure difference between hot water and cold water is too large, please use a screwdriver to adjust the valve of the bracket. Families using gas water heaters need to pay more attention to this.
